On the nose, it seduces with honeysuckle, dried peaches, orange blossom and marmalade. The palate is rich, elegant and beautifully balanced between its intense sweetness (205 g/l residual sugar) and bright acidity - leading to a long, luxurious finish.

Hand-harvested and gently whole-bunch pressed, the wine was fermented and matured for 9 months in French oak barrels, resulting in layered complexity and outstanding finesse.
