Barros 10 Year Tawny Port is a delicate and perfumed wine, with a wonderful balance that leaves a very fresh and fruity aftertaste. It has structure, sweetness, and ripeness with the right amount of wood ageing.
Ruby in colour. On the nose there are dark ripe fruit notes, reminiscent of plum, figs and blackcurrants. Full bodied and well balanced it has ripe berry fruit and mulberry flavours.
Barros 20 Year Tawny Port is a rich and perfumed wine, with powerful aromas of caramel, dried fig, raisins, peanut brittle & walnuts.
A young and fresh ruby port from one of the premier houses in the Douro Valley. It has notes of plum jam, overripe strawberry & cassis.
Covi Jerez is a co-operative which represents growers from all of the Sherry Triangle. It is committed to respecting the vineyards and wine growers in the Cadiz province. In 2008, Covi Jerez decided to develop its own brand of wines, vinegars and dressings and enter the market to compete as another winery, they then created their high quality range of sherries `Mira la Mar`.
Amontillado wines undergo a combination of biological and oxidative ageing, with this wine spending a minimum of eight years ageing in solera system. A beautiful amber in colour with a pronounced nose of hazelnuts and hints of flor. Bone dry on the palate with nutty flavours of almonds, hazelnuts and sea salt. Well structured and complex with an exceptional finish.
100% Palomino, this Fino sherry is a true expression of Jerez de la Frontera. It spent four years in a Solera system under flor which gives it its distinctive character. Pale straw in colour with a typical nose of biological ageing, lemon and almonds. The palate is delicate and dry with notes of salted almonds, white peach and lemon zest. Well balanced and fresh leaving a crisp impression in the mouth.
Manzanilla is a style of Fino sherry originating from the port of Sanlúcar de Barrameda where the close proximitiy to the sea and the high humidity contribute to a stronger growth of flor. Made from 100% Palomino, this Manzanillia spent 8 years going through the criaderas and solera system under flor. A lovely pale straw colour, this wine has a pronounced nose of almonds with hints of white peach and distinctive aromas of flor. The palate is light and dry with salty, nutty flavours which are perfectly balanced by a restrained citrus acidity and a pleasant bitterness that lingers on the finish.
A naturally sweet wine made from sunripened Pedro Ximénez grapes aged oxidatively through a traditional solera system. A deep brown in colour with an intense nose of molasses, dates and prunes. The palate is full and sweet with flavours of treacle, raisins, candied peel and figs. Well structured and velvety in the mouth.

This Marsala is produced from a blend of local indigenous grapes and is made in a classic sweet style and aged in oak casks for at least 2 years.

Walnut Brown Sherry from Williams & Humbert is a dark mahogany-coloured rich, sweet oloroso sherry made from a blend of Palomino, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel, which is aged in old oak casks in a solera system for at least four years.
Bodegas Williams & Humbert is located in the geographical triangle formed by the cities of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This triangle has a unique microclimate owing to the influences of the Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers, giving rise to the term "the Mesopotamian valley of western Andalusia".

The 2002 vintage was one of the driest years on record, though fortunately it was also cool so allowed the fruit to slowly ripen. As harvest approached, the weather began to turn and those wineries who did eventually declare had a smaller harvest with good to outstanding fruit.
A rich and exuberant nose showing intense aromas of dried black plum jam and dates combined with violet overtones. Full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins, the 2002 shows great opulence through to a long and elegant finish.
Fermented and foot trodden in lagares. Three years in large oak barrels (tonéis) followed by 10 months in smaller 640 l. oak casks. From the exceptional vintage of 2007, once crushed in the lagares the grapes immediately showed excellent dark colour and lovely aromas, with good sugar content and acidity. Fermentations were long and easy to control. The first tastings revealed wines marked by elegance, finesse and outstanding balance resulting in some being set aside to produce this Colheita.
Lively citrine colour this White Port shows an engaging, delicate and perfumed nose, which is dominated by fresh, floral aromas. Rich wine, aromatic and with a balanced sweetness on the palate, with a long, harmonious finish.
