A powerful sour cherry and raspberry taste. Substantial, medium bodied red wine with splendid fruits. A harmonious and rounded wine in aroma and taste with a relatively long aftertaste.
Quantity:
Harvest by hand. After destemming and light crushing of ripe grapes, 30 days maceration than pressing. Wine was separated from roughly lees after 2 weeks and put into oak and traditional barrels in January 2020 and further aged in bottle.
