Reminiscent of the famous Provence roses it comes from a lesser known part of the South of France but similarly offers delicate ripe wild strawberry flavours, gentle spicy complexity and a silky texture. Delicious on its own and with salmon (fresh or smoked), white fish, seafood, cheesy pasta dishes, Asian dishes and pretty much anything on the cheeseboard.
