A rounded, tangy Grechetto with fruity and spicy notes complemented by hints of apricot and sage, through to a pleasant almond note on the finish.

The hand-selected grapes were gently pressed and the juice was fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel vats at controlled cool temperatures to retain the character of the Grechetto variety. The wine was aged for two months in cement tanks before being bottled young to preserve the fresh and fruity style.
