A blend of Siria, Arinto, Verdelho, Gouveio and Viognier. This wine is part fermented in new and part in used oak barrels giving the wine depth and complexity. It is rich and full with evident stone fruit flavours comprising apricot, white peach and grapefruit. Keeps well for several years. Any seafood, and dishes with rich sauce.
