This is an unctuous, sweet dessert wine from predominantly vine-dried Muscat de Frontignan. Fermented on skins and then aged in barrels for 11 months on their lees prior to bottling. Typical grapey-raisin fruit with layers of baked confectionery, honey and citrus peel, tempered by fine, linear acidity.

Pair with anything from foie gras and other savoury entrees to puddings, soft fruit and cheese.
