A crisp, clean, dry white wine with strong notes of passionfruit and lychee - along with that classic thread of gentle spice that Pinot Gris often displays, this is a great wine to drink with food or without. If drinking with, consider crispy pork belly or Peking duck - allow the acidity of the wine to cut straight through the fattiness of the meat.
