Produced by Noel Edmond’s vineyard and distributed exclusively to the Isle of Man. 10 months in old oak has given the Reserve a lovely rounded, soft profile when compared to the regular Pinot Gris. Stone fruits, cream and a far warmer spice profile compared to the regular.

10 months in old oak barriques has brought a richness and ripeness to this wine, where the regular Pinot Gris is far crisper and sharper. Stone fruits, cream and a much broader spice profile, lovely and warming. Pair with cream dishes; Carbonara, Caesar salad and Gratin Dauphinoise.
